Exchange and Return Policy

 All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase. All return and exchange items must be returned in the same condition as sold and must include the original packaging and tags. Exchanges and returns will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of receipt of the item.

To start a return or exchange, an email notification that the item is being returned or exchanged must be sent to sales@shopstudio28.com. Studio28 will acknowledge receipt of your email and confirm collection arrangements.

Delivery charges are non-refundable. A return processing fee of $10.00 will be applied to all returns and subtracted from the final refund amount. Refund for returned items will be made by return payment to the account or card from
which the payment was made.

Absolutely no returns or exchanges on sale items.

Due to hygienic reasons, there is absolutely NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES on panties, body suits and swim suits.

Payment Policies

Payments for all purchases are to be made by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), Debit Card or Credit Card to Studio28. Settlement must be received in full before delivery of purchases are made.

Special arrangements will have to be made for cash purchases in advance and the option to approve or deny cash purchases is at the sole discretion of Studio28.

Refund for returned items will be made by return payment to the account or card from which the payment was made.
