Delivery Policy

Studio28 is an e-commerce business and as such does not operate a physical store front. All items purchased will be  delivered to the agreed upon delivery location. Currently, Studio28 can only accommodate deliveries on New Providence Island (Nassau) and Paradise Island, The Bahamas.

Upon delivery, please inspect your packaging for any damages that may have occurred during transit. If your package is received wet, torn or soiled, please take a picture and send an email to immediately.

A government issued identification is required for delivery for all purchases. Such identification will be maintained in confidence of the personnel of Studio28 and shall be used for the purposes of delivery of Studio28 purchases only. Likewise, the customer will be notified of the identity of the Studio28 personnel making the delivery.

Delivery personnel will NOT be responsible for handling cash payments.

Items purchased will be delivered within 3-4 business days of the purchase and between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday-Friday.

Return & Exchange Policy

All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase. All return and exchange items must be returned in the same condition as sold and must include the original packaging and tags. Exchanges and returns will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of receipt of the item.

To start a return or exchange, an email notification that the item is being returned or exchanged must be sent to Studio28 will acknowledge receipt of your email and confirm collection arrangements.

Delivery charges are non-refundable. A return processing fee of $10.00 will be applied to all returns and subtracted from the final refund amount. Refund for returned items will be made by return payment to the account or card from which the payment was made.

Absolutely no returns or exchanges on sale items.

Due to hygienic reasons, there is absolutely NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES on panties, body suits and swim suits.
