Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, Studio28 only ships to Nassau NP and Paradise Island, The Bahamas. Studio28 will announce when shipping is available to other destinations.

What is your Exchange and Return Policy?
All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase. All return and exchange items must be returned in the same condition as sold and must include the original packaging and tags. I wish to cancel my order, how do I get a refund?

An order may be cancelled only if not yet dispatched for delivery. To request order cancellation, send us an email to sales@shopstudio28.com or a WhatsApp message to (242) 817 -7773. Studio28 will acknowledge receipt of your email and confirm whether the order cancellation was completed. Delivery charges for orders dispatched for delivery will not be refundable.
